Any deposit paid to secure an event time will NOT be refunded if the event is canceled by the party host.

POSTPONEMENT- The non-refundable deposit can be used toward another available day within 6 months.

SEXY RED FANATSY reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclimate weather or other unforeseen circumstances that would make the party non-viable.

A FULL REFUND will be provided if SEXY RED FANATSY cancels your event.

You may cancel an order before it has been processed. If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we have processed it for shipment. Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our items, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a non-functioning product. If your product is defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt at .

USPS is our main carrier although we also offer shipping via UPS. USPS and UPS will only ship on business days, Monday through Friday.
